COMPLETING AN APPLICATION

  • Please read the instructions on the Main Page of our Website
  • Make sure that you supply us with the correct information as this information will be used to renew the licence.
  • It is of utmost importance to supply us with the correct registration number of the vehicle that you want to renew the licence for. Make sure that you enter the registration number correctly on your application. This registration number will be used to renew your licence.
  • The information on the application must be the details of the Registered owner of the Vehicle.
  • It is important to email us the Id and Proof of address of the Registered owner - We cannot renew the Licence without these documents.
  • If the registered owner is a Company or Trust, you must email us the Company BRNC, Trust TRNC, Proxy's Id, and Company proof of address.
  • It is important to supply us with the correct delivery address as this is the address where your disc will be delivered.
  • It is important to supply your correct cell number on the application - read DELIVERY below.
  • All the information is equally important as everything that you enter have a different purpose which is used by us and the Licence department.
  • When you submit this form, you give SSQ4You your consent to use the information for the purpose of renewing your vehicles license disc and to store the information for your future vehicle license renewals.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT Make sure that all the information that you entered on the application are correct.
CHECK your REGISTRATION NUMBER and all your other information before you press the submit button.
IMPORTANT: -If we renew a Licence disc and the information that you have entered on your application are incorrect then you are going to lose all your money as the Licence department cannot and do not refund for incorrect renewals.

PAYMENTS: - We DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS if your licence fee is over R2000 per transaction. If fee is over R2000 PLEASE PAY VIA EFT
We will not be held responsible for incorrect information supplied by you so be sure your form is completed correctly.

DELIVERIES: -

  • We use The Courier Guy and Aramex for our deliveries. As soon as they collect your parcel from us, they will SMS a Pin code to you to the cell number supplied by you on your application. You need this Pin code to collect the parcel. If the Courier can proof that they received the Pin code from you on delivery it will be accepted that you received the parcel and thereafter you will be responsible for the parcel. Our service will now be regarded as completed.
  • If you do not receive the disc, please follow it up with us within 7 days after you made the payment for the application.
  • If we do not hear from you in 7 days after you made the payment, we will assume that you did receive the disc, and everything is in order.

GENERAL

  • We will not be liable for any losses or damages if you provide us with the incorrect information and or if you change the delivery options by directly instructing the Courier Guy to deliver somewhere else.
  • When you complete an application on our website for a Licence renewal and you paid for the renewal, we do not guarantee that after we made payment to the Licencing Department that the disc will be issued by the Licencing department. A disc will not be issued in instances where you have other registered vehicles which are not licenced, if there are infringement orders against you, if the Vehicle needs a Roadworthy etc. It always remains your responsibility to make sure that there is a valid disc on your vehicle’s windscreen. If you drive without a valid disc only you and no one else will be held responsible for the consequences thereof.
  • Make sure that the disc that you receive from us correspond with your registration number before you attach it to your windscreen. If you get stopped in a roadblock or by a traffic cop with an incorrect disc on the vehicle it will be totally your responsibility.
  • When you make payment for the renewal of Vehicle licences for specific Vehicles and there are other Vehicles registered in your name with outstanding Licence fee the Licence Department will keep the renewal payment, but they will not issue the disc. It will be your responsibility to make sure that you pay the Licence fee for the other outstanding Vehicles and then only will the Licence department release all your other licence discs.
  • We will not hold responsible for any fines or any other claims if the disc does not appear on your Vehicles windscreen.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure that the disc is attached to your Vehicle windscreen and the details on the disc are correct.
  • We will not be held responsible for late renewals and fines as it is your responsibility to check your expiry date on the disc
  • Our fee is earned after a successful renewal or an attempt to renew the license disc.
